Returns/Exchanges

For Jewelry:

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. We will be happy to accommodate exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving your order in the event of any damage or breakage.

If you have any issues or concerns regarding your order, please email us with your name and order number at hellogoldenhourjewelry@gmail.com or fill out our form in the contact us page.

 

For T-shirts:

Our shirts are made to order from a third party vendor. If the item you receive is misprinted, please send us a photo at hellogoldenhourjewelry@gmail.com, and we will look into issuing a replacement.

In the event a replacement cannot be made, we will issue a full refund to your original form of payment.

Please note that our shirts are made from cotton and may shrink in the wash. We are unable to issue a refund or exchange for orders that do not fit.
