What materials do you use?
- All necklaces are created with 14k gold filled or sterling silver chain, wire, and settings. The beads we use are natural polished gemstones, crystals, lava stone, or shell.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns. We will be happy to accommodate exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving your order in the event of any damage or breakage. What happens if my necklace breaks/ Repairs?

How long will it take to receive my order?
All of our jewelry is made by hand and requires 1-3 business days for production. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from order date. USPS standard shipping timeframe is 2-6 business days prior to delivery.
